Sponsored by the PTHS Music Department and Music Boosters, the marching band
competition will feature performances by marching bands from central and northern Illinois.

Bands will be provided performance clinics at the PTHS fields from 12:30 to 4:30 by recognized marching band experts. All clinics during the day are open for viewing free of charge. All visiting schools will compete in four classes based on school and band size for trophies for overall performance as well as for best winds, percussion, and auxiliary. One “Grand Champion” will be named from all competing bands in all classes at the end of the evening.
