Dutchmen Field Championship

The 9th Annual Dutchmen Field Championship will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Korver Field on the campus of Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. The show is open to 22 bands and begins at 3:00pm. Bands compete in field competition in one of four classes. Classification is determined by Iowa High School Music Association guidelines (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A) and the event is sanctioned by the IHSMA.

Judging Panel

We know how much time, money, and energy goes into your fall program. That is why its our goal every year to provide a qualified crew of adjudicators at the Dutchmen Field Championships. A crew that will give you comments and criticism based on their own extensive experience in and on the field. This year we have two new faces that will be judging at the DFC's for the first time, and one returning after a hiatus.
