| The Newton Marching Eagle Band
Boosters, along with Director Brian Ridlen and Assistant
Director Jeffrey Finley invite you to participate at our
2013 Newton Marching Eagles Band Classic. Please mark
your calendars for Saturday, October 19. We are once
again hosting our classic in cooperation with the
Effingham Marching Hearts Invitational on the same date.
The Newton competition will be a morning competition
with the Effingham competition beginning in the
afternoon. Effingham is approximately 30 miles West of
Newton. With budgets what they are – what better way to
save than to do two shows in one day!!! Bands will be
classified based on school size. We will accommodate
your schedule so that your band can compete at both
shows.
