This festival features both a parade and field
event for a maximum of 30 bands on a new 4000 seat
stadium with a turf field. The parade follows
a 1/2 mile course in downtown Webb City.
Awards include placement and caption awards. The field
show includes a one-on-one between band staff and a
clinic judge and each school will receive a DVD of
their performance.
