The festival will begin at 10:00 AM at Armstrong Field in Marion.  Only in the event of thunderstorms and heavy rain would the show be moved in to Linn-Mar High School Gym.  Bands will be judged using the IHSMA classification system and adjudication form and will receive an individual critique after their performance.
