Oblong Spooktacular Bandfest

In 2008, the festival will be celebrating its 14th anniversary. It features both a field show and a parade competition. A drumline showcase is held prior to the evening parade and the parade also includes a Junior High division. The entire competition is run during the same weekend as The Only Oblong festival which features crafts, homemade goods, antiques, and entertainment for all.
