This is the 41st Chicagoland Marching Band Festival!  4:00 - 10:00 PM at Wheeling High School.  DVD of performance (goes home with you that night).  World Class Judges from DCI/BOA (BOA format).  Competition Class or Exhibition.  Complimentary tickets for director's family.
