Mounds Battle of the Bands

Open to bands class 4A (Oklahoma) and smaller. The contest will have a prelims and finals show, with the top 12 scores from prelims performing in finals regardless of class. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as well as best Color Guard, Drum Major, and Percussion section in each class for prelims. Every band that participates will recieve an award and all bands in finals will recieve a finalist trophy. This is agreat opportunity for bands to get an early season \'read\' and to get valuable input as they move toward the heavy part of contest season.

Judging will be based on OSSAA Regional standards. The judges will be judging on quality, not quantity. Our panel for this year is:
