Inaugural marching festival for Parade, Flags, Drumline, and Field Competition. Bands will classed according to size, with correlating caption awards for parade and field, as well as indoor events for flags and percussion. Experienced panel of judges will be comprised of current and former instructors from the Midwest region. |
